LOL, he found some pennant sleeves. Can't say he doesn't have an imagination.
To me, he looked like a vet with that plastic going way past his shoulders. Robbie thinks we need to paint the sleeves green for a more Grinchy look! He went on to put a set of sleeves on his feet/legs.
