Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
10 ounce can mushrooms, drained
10 ounce can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
Brown ground beef until fully cooked. Add butter, onions, and garlic. Continue browning for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and mushrooms. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Stir in soup. Heat to a boil, stirring constantly; reduce heat. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Serve over hot egg noodles.
