Last Saturday, Robbie and I went with Grandpa to the home of a fellow train club enthusiast. Dennis' layout is more of a garden railroad -- his focus being on the plants, etc. -- than Dad's more train oriented layout. In honor of Robbie, Dennis pulled out the 'special' grandchild caboose -- it blew BUBBLES.

Oh, this is SO COOL! I want to be a kid again!!
Neat! My dad keeps talking about making a garden railroad, but he hasn't gotten to it yet... I'd love to be able to visit someone who has! (Especially with the bubble train!)
It is fun Liz but I shudder to think about how much my dad has in his trains.
Nicole, my dad's layout is on the Rose City Garden Railway tour every June http://www.rcgrs.com/ if you're ever up in the Portland Oregon area.
I love that bubble caboose...need to get one of those for my dad, LOL
Awesome layout. I've built hundreds of miles of track - but using software :)
It's alot cheaper that way. Check out Trainz Railroad Simulator
