The house is about 3 years old, 1750 square feet with "desert landscaping" (which is just a fancy way of saying the yard is just a bunch of rocks). The front of the house can be seen in an earlier post...scroll down. The "greenery" you can see in the front yard is all there is on the property. The house has the bull-nose corners (like the Parkwood house had) and an overall SW feel to it. The windows have the bull-nose edges to them rather than trim and sills.
We're slowing making the house ours...putting up pictures, hanging window treatments, etc.
