Fantastic Food Friday: Curry Chicken

Honey, Mustard, and Curry Chicken

Chicken (used boneless, skinless breasts)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup honey
3 tablespoons prepared mustard
3 tablespoons of curry powder (I halved this for the boys)
3 teaspoons minced garlic
Rice or Pasta

Melt sauce ingredients together for 2 to 4 minutes. Pour over chicken in baking dish and bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven, basting every 20 minutes. (I added some frozen peas the last couple minutes of cooking.) Serve over rice or pasta.
