Well, the little man is three! Wow! Where the heck does the time go? Anyway, our little celebration today started with the boys using up the sparklers and stuff left over from 4th of July that Mark had planned to let them light on New Year's.
Robbie impatiently waiting to tear into his presents. He had woken from his nap to see them all sitting there on the table. I don't think I've ever seen a little boy's eyes light up that much before -- which is saying something as I've got four of the little darlings.
All that Christmas unwrapping came in handy -- Robbie went straight to the back of the packages and started ripping!
He had to stand to get in to the bags LOL
Thrilled to pieces over one of his presents. Love the look of that dimple.
The cheesy smile with the loot. I guess he's become aware of his Paparazzi Mom LOL
The cake -- or 'take' as Robbie calls it -- that Robbie helped with. A little leaning towerish LOL Robbie wanted his name on it but I didn't have any colored frosting but I managed 'Rob' with sprinkles!
Playing with 'Mac' from the Cars movie that he bought with the gift certificate from Nana and Papa. This thing has a bunch of small pieces that would be really easy to break off -- so far he's being really careful with it.
And that was our quiet little birthday. Now I need to get the tired little 3 year old to bed even though he's fought the idea for the past hour.
